Our real estate investment program (Section 11) offers approved applicants the chance to invest in CBI-approved developments like Bayhouse, granting them Grenadian citizenship and passports within just

Prepare and Submit Your Application

Work with your agents to complete the application forms and gather necessary documents, including medical certificates, police clearance certificates, and
proof of investment.

Due Diligence and Processing

The CBIC conducts thorough background checks. After verification, the application is recommended to the Minister for final approval.

FinalizatioN

Once approved, complete your investment. For real estate, provide proof of purchase. The CBIC will then issue a certificate of registration, granting Grenadian
citizenship.
